Shop for new clothes and toys from a list in the weeks leading up to Christmas

Help make the event festive and fun by entertaining our guests. We’ll have Santa & Mrs. Claus, characters, dancing, a DJ, a craft corner and other amusements. Great option for kids 12+.

Dec 24th - Dec 25th

Prepare and serve food to our 300+ guests. Set tables, clean up kitchen and package to-go bags. Great option for kids 14+.

Transform St. Mary’s gym into a festive Christmas wonderland! Kids welcome.

Dec 23rd & Dec 25th

Pick up donated food and beverage from local restaurants and deliver to St. Mary's. Family friendly.

Dec 22nd - Dec 24th

Move storage locker contents to St. Mary's and manage recycling & waste day of the event.

Dec 23rd - Dec 25th

Set up our folding tables and chairs for the event, breakdown and help load up our storage unit afterwards.

Create name tags, welcome and sign-in volunteers

Photograph our guests, the setting and volunteers for future use. Make sure waivers are signed!
