Food Preparation & Service

 

Once the food and beverage inventory arrives at the Montfort Academy kitchen area, volunteers prepare and deliver it to the serving line in the gymnasium. There are 30 tables of 10 for our 300 dinner guests. Volunteers are needed to set the tables for the Dinner. Excess food is packaged and handed to guests to take home in “to go” bags. Excess inventory is delivered to selected homeless shelters Christmas night.
