Donations are tax-deductible when we receive a completed tax donation form. Please download and print a tax donation form by clicking here. Merchants must supply an invoice or letterhead detailing the donation. A signed tax receipt will be mailed to you in January.

Wouldn't be Christmas Day without the wonderful toys and gifts we receive through our donation bins throughout the community. 

Take on a donation box near you!

Ideal for families wanting to get involved, but also suited to any local resident. One of our volunteers last year commented “The stores love to get involved, and the pick-ups were easy to work into our schedule. When the box filled up, we got a call, and picked up the goodies. We dropped them off at the rectory basement once a week. Our children really got into the idea that we were collecting gifts for families who otherwise got none. ”

From December 3rd -23rd, clothing, toys and gift donations are dropped off into large boxes sitting outside selected area businesses. Your task is to collect donations from the boxes as needed, and deliver them to St Mary's Rectory basement by Dec 23rd. 

We also need a crew to move all the donations on Dec 23rd from the Rectory basement to the Montfort gym.
