Mission Statement

Founded on the premise that no one in our area should be alone or hungry on Christmas Day, the annual Westchester Community Christmas Day Dinner is an all-volunteer charitable event.

The 2013 Christmas Dinner was a tremendous success. Over 300 of our Westchester neighbors and their families enjoyed a hot meal, new toys and clothing, and a full serving of Christmas spirit from our wonderful volunteers. Check out the link to the 2013 Photos in the green bar above.

How You Can Help

This project requires hundreds of volunteers. Some roles are glamorous, some are down and dirty, but any contribution guarantees a sense of fulfillment and personal satisfaction from helping our less fortunate neighbors on Christmas Day.  Volunteer sign up for the 2014 Christmas Dinner will begin on November 1.

The Christmas Dinner relies on donations from Westchester residents and businesses. Food, clothing, toys, gifts, and tax-exempt monetary contributions are required to make each year’s Dinner a success. Click here to see how you can contribute these resources.
